Google Play (Android Market) Edition EULA(End User License Agreement)
CyberFort LLC defines the purchase of paid application as payment of the royalty (license) of the software, and calls it user's licensed.
NOTICE:
By installing, operating, copying, distributing, or otherwise using this software, you agree to the terms of this License Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, DO NOT INSTALL this software.
This contract defines the conditions about the license of the software between licensed User and CyberFort LLC.
1.
This accord with an end user license agreement of Google Play (Android Market) (EULA) except following items about Google Play (Android Market) edition.
Please confirm the end user license agreement of Google Play (Android Market) (EULA) about details.
2.
Before the user buys a software of CyberFort, the user can try that by the following ways.
- The user downloads Trial edition of the software, and the user can try that.
Trial edition has some limited functions.
- Only the first time when you pressed a purchase button in Google Play (Android Market) about each paid software,
if you uninstall the software within 15 minutes after you downloaded the software,
the purchase can be canceled.
3.
We're selling the right for the user to use software non-exclusively.
The expiration date is one year after the purchase.
After the expiration date, a cellular phone with the ID with the right may keep using the software.
When a software starts, the license check on-line by Google Play (Android Market) is needed.
If a software was renewed to the minor version within the expiration date, you can download the software from Google Play (Android Market) for free of charge, and you can use the software.
But, when you can't connect to Google Play (Android Market), it can't upgrade.
Within the expiration date, we will not refund by cancellation and other reasons.
If this software couldn't work by a mechanical breakdown and other reasons, it'll be use cancellation.

A user of Google Play (Android Market) edition can download this application only at an Google Play (Android Market).
Only Google Play (Android Market) and CyberFort Direct Shop are proper sale and distribution site for a pay edition product.
CyberFort doesn't admit sale and distribution of a pay edition from the above outside.
All sale, distribution and download of a pay edition from the above outside are an illegal act.
CyberFort handles illegal distribution, an sales site, a group and an individual legally.
And, When using it in unregular installation and the illegal distribution,
a defect may occur with your cellular phone.
CyberFort doesn't compensate if damage occurred by this software.
5.
CyberFort guarantees that CyberFort has a perfect right including the right assented to a customer by this contract.
CyberFort can't guarantee that there are no defects in our software as general software.
But CyberFort would debug a software about a bug that a customer noticed within the expiration date.
Please send a mail to CyberFort about a bad report for it.
CyberFort would debug after that.
After a customer received the mail about it,
a customer downloads a renewed software from Google Play (Android Market),
and a customer would be able to use a modified version by installing that.
6.
CyberFort doesn't compensate if damage occurred by this software.
Even cancellation of use, the cancellation of the license and other reasons aren't paid back/refund.
7.
CyberFort would be able to change this EULA by an optional reason anytime by a judgement of CyberFort.
This renewed EULA would have the effect from the time indicated on this site.
If a customer downloaded and used this software after a renewal of this EULA,
a customer would agree to all contents of renewed EULA.
8.
Oita district court in Japan shall have the exclusive jurisdiction
of the first instance over all disputes arising in connection
with this contract between the customer and CyberFort.
